This season certainly looks like a year Lewis Jackson would soon like to forget, huh?
After missing more than 3 quarters of the season to a foot injury, his Final Four hopes have seemingly evaporated following Hummel's injury.
The broken screw in his foot is simply insult to injury (more appropriately injury to insult).
Lewjack is certainly not going to let a nagging injury stop him from giving his all to help his team advance in the playoffs.
After the X-Ray came in negative, it's believed that he will surgically repair the broken screw during the off-season.
In the meantime, Jackson will be sacrificing his body like any tough-nosed Boilermaker would in his situation.
Considering that Jackson passed up a redshirt to make it to the Final Four, you can imagine the motivation he'll have to end this season on a high note.
Considering that it's Kramer and Grant's final shot, there will be no shortage of sources of motivation in the locker room. The t *ss clown analysts have Done a great job adding fuel to fire.
The Boilers typically thrive under these circumstances.
I advise not picking against Purdue on Friday, they'll be out for blood.

Lewjack may be motivated, but a hurt foot will only allow him to do so much...
